We love taking pictures and making memories at Youth Go. Please fill out the photography consent form (page 2), so that we know if we can photograph your child(ren).

Transportation & Photo Consent Form

Transportation Information

Youth Go provides transportation from Neenah Middle School Monday-Friday for our after school program.
We also provide rides home Monday-Thursday at 9pm for youth attending our High School Programming who live in Neenah or Menasha.
An up to date permission slip is required in order to ride the Youth Go van.
