-Youth cannot bring anything from home except a labelled water bottle and their cell phone.
-In order for a youth to attend at this time, youth will need to bring a signed copy of our “Informed Consent for Youth Go Programming 2020 During COVID-19.” Waivers can be printed from the website, picked up at Youth Go, or we can mail you one (email us at email@example.com with your full name and mailing address).
-It is very important that that parents not allow their child to attend if they or anyone in the household is experiencing cold/flu symptoms – and wait until everyone in the household is symptom free for 72 hours.
The consent form/waiver explains in detail all of the safety precautions we will be taking, as well as what we will be asking of our youth and their parent/guardians.
