Current Resources Offered and Youth Go’s Re-Opening!

Posted on March 13, 2020

We want to share with you that Youth Go will be slowly opening back up to youth starting on June 15!
Mondays we will be open  from 3-5:30 for youth who have completed 4th-8th grade and from 6-9 for youth who have completed 7th-12th grade.
Wednesdays from 8-5 for youth who have completed 4th-12th grade.

We will not be providing any transportation at this time.

To attend, parents will need to sign the waiver below.  Waivers can be printed from the website, picked up at Youth Go, or we can mail you one (email us at info@youthgo.org with your full name and mailing address).

The waiver explains in detail all of the safety precautions we will be taking, as well as what we will be asking of our youth and their parent/guardians.  Some of the items include youth will have their temperature taken upon arrival and will be required to wear provided cloth masks. We also ask that parents not allow their child to attend if they or anyone in the household is experiencing cold/flu symptoms – and wait until they are symptom free for 72 hours.

Please call (920)722-1435 or email info@youthgo.org with any questions.

Parent COVID-19 Youth Go Programming Agreement

Important Announcement:

The health and safety of our youth, their families, and our staff members is always at the forefront of our decision making process. Beginning Tuesday, March 17, Youth Go’s center based and school based programs will close until further notice. This very difficult decision was made out of caution and based on information and recommendations from our governor, the CDC, and our local Health Departments.

We are in uncharted territory and there are many unknowns at this time. During this challenging period, we will do our best to use Facebook and our website (www.youthgo.org) to communicate information and updates. Staff are currently working on ways to continue to provide support moving forward. We are working on a system to share food with our families starting later this week, we will create opportunities for staff to continue to provide connection/guidance/advice to our young people using technology, and we will share other community resources available as we discover them.

We talk often about the “Youth Go Family” and that is exactly what we are. We will continue to do our best to take care of each other in the weeks ahead!

Stay safe and be well,
Kelly Hicks
